Report CKG without retyping
Indonesia's Free Health Check (CKG) programme requires every facility to report screening results to the Sehat Indonesiaku portal, and that portal offers no API. Halomedis fills it in for you: the visit data you already recorded is submitted to the portal, one patient at a time or in bulk.
Your medical records, straight into the ministry portal
Your staff keep working inside Halomedis as usual. Halomedis is the one that opens the portal, finds the participant and fills in every form.
Halomedis medical record
Patient identity, vital signs and ICD-10 diagnoses from the visit you have already handled.
Halomedis automation
Signs in to the portal, registers the participant, confirms attendance, then fills each screening module for the patient's age and sex.
Sehat Indonesiaku portal
Modules saved, report submitted, and every step kept as a history entry back inside Halomedis.

Everything comes from data you already have
From a visit to a CKG report in four steps
There is no extra form for your staff to fill in. Only one thing changes: the report is no longer typed into the portal by hand.
Connect the portal account
Enter your facility's Sehat Indonesiaku username and password on the CKG Settings page. The Sync CKG button appears only once both are filled in.
See patients as usual
Record identity, vital signs and diagnoses in Halomedis. That is exactly the data the sync uses - there is no second entry just for CKG.
Press Sync CKG
From the visit list. The system signs in to the portal, makes sure the participant is registered and marked as present, then fills the screening modules one by one.
Report sent, trail kept
Submit Report is clicked automatically at the end. The outcome and every step are stored in the CKG Sync History for that visit, with screenshots whenever something fails.
One patient, or a whole month at once
Full screening runs per visit; PTM service reports can be sent in bulk through the portal's own Excel template.
Per-patient screening sync
For a single visit
Fills every CKG screening module for one patient, from participant registration through to Submit Report.
- Triggered by the Sync CKG button on the visit row
- Registers the participant and marks them present automatically when needed
- Modules follow the patient's age and sex
- Progress is live and can be left running while you see other patients
Bulk PTM service import
For many visits
Builds the upload file from the portal's official template, then uploads it to the Import PTM Service menu.
- Pick the service type: sensory disorders, smoking cessation, or cardiovascular-metabolic-cancer
- Pick the date range of visits to report
- The Excel file is built automatically from your visit data
- The file stays downloadable in case you would rather upload it yourself
Not just automatic - accountable
What goes into the portal becomes an official national record, so every step is made visible and can be traced back later.
Automatic participant registration
The participant is looked up by national ID first, falling back to a name search. If they are not registered yet, Halomedis registers them and confirms attendance - without the risk of duplicate entries.
Sign-in that stays out of the way
The portal session is stored and refreshed on its own. Captchas are read automatically; if that fails, the image is shown to your staff and the run continues in the same session instead of starting over.
Vital signs are never invented
Weight, height, waist circumference and blood pressure must be real measurements. If one is missing, the sync is cancelled before the first module is opened and the missing field is named.
Comorbidities from ICD-10
Hypertension and diabetes flags are read straight from the visit's diagnosis codes (I10-I15 and E10-E14), not from a separate checkbox that is easy to forget.
Live step-by-step progress
The progress bar shows the step being worked on and never moves backwards. A dropped connection does not stop the run on the server.
History with visual proof
Every sync attempt is stored permanently against the visit. Failed steps come with a screenshot of the portal page, so the cause is visible instead of guessed at.
Safe to run again
The portal treats a repeat submission as an update. Visits that already succeeded are marked done and their button is disabled, so nothing gets reported twice.
Already-served participants recognised
When the portal reports that a participant has already received the service - checked manually, for instance - that is recorded as a success along with the facility and date, rather than retried forever.
Separated per facility
Credentials, portal sessions and sync history are stored per health centre. One facility can never see or use another facility's runs.
Modules follow the patient's age and sex
The portal expects a different set of modules for each target group. Halomedis picks the right branch itself from the patient's date of birth and sex.
| Target group | Modules filled in |
|---|---|
| Adults 18 and over | Tuberculosis, liver health, mental health, physical activity, smoking behaviour, demographics and marital status, nutritional status, blood glucose, blood pressure, plus yaws, leprosy and scabies |
| Additional, age 45 and over | Bowel cancer and lung cancer screening |
| Additional, women aged 30-70 | Cervical cancer screening |
| Additional, women aged 18-39 | Tetanus toxoid immunisation status |
| Children aged 1-6 | Child demographics, immunisation status, growth and anthropometry, childhood tuberculosis, plus additional services |
The vital signs each branch needs must come from real measurements in the medical record. If one is missing the run stops before it touches the portal - Halomedis never writes a guessed number into a national health record.
Questions about the CKG integration
What facilities most often ask before switching this feature on.
Still filling in CKG screenings one by one?
Our team can walk through the flow with your own facility data, help set up the portal account, and stay with you through the first sync until the report is submitted.
